Galvatech 2000 is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in its growth in Quebec and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

  • Define and implement high-performance sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Actively contribute to strategic discussions related to revenue growth.

Market Expansion and New Business Development

  • Identify and seize new market opportunities, both in Québec and internationally.
  • Develop new strategic accounts while strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Product Expertise and Strategic Support

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Galvatech products in order to support technical teams and provide high-value, consultative solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to the positioning of Galvatech solutions in technical and regulated environments.

Business Development Strategy

  • Develop and execute account development and market development plans.
  • Structure initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue potential in the medium and long term.

Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze sales performance, adjust strategies as required, and prepare clear performance reports for management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Profile Sought

  • Degree in sales, management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in business development and commercial strategy, ideally in the coatings, corrosion protection, or a related industrial sector.
  • AMPP / NACE certification (strong asset).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual French / English (spoken and written). Spanish is an asset.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Geographic mobility to support activities across different markets.
